We are seeking a proactive Business Solution Analyst to support various corporate strategic projects. These projects aim to help the company and different divisions to: Enhance operation efficiency & productivity. Improve work quality; and To stay ahead of market developments A Day of Your Life Conduct research and study to get abreast of the latest market developments and technology applications. Review the operation process, collect data from stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement. Assist in the design and implementation of strategies, process changes, and solutions. Manage and execute multiple project implementation processes, collaborate with divisions and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet targets. What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree preferably in financial-related or business administration disciplines. Minimum 2 years of working experience in financial, business administration, or internal control roles. Knowledge in the latest technologies application concepts (such as AI application, RPA, SQL, or BI tools, etc.). Strong analytical and logical sense to collect, interpret, and present data to support decision-making. Excellent abilities to collaborate with various divisions, engage stakeholders, and communicate effectively. A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to unexpected changes. Able to lead and influence others through change initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Immediate availability preferred.
