Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, foreign exchange and trade finance. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient general service support and handle customers' daily enquiries in a responsive and customer-oriented manner.
- Provide operation support to facilitate team business and coordinate with various counterparties to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, and policies, standards, guidelines and procedures of the Bank.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external departments.
