Main Responsibilities:

  • Frequently travel to the assigned region and establish and maintain good relationships with distributors.
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate distributors to expand market coverage.
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and establish long-term cooperation with major clients.
  • Monitor and analyze regional market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor marketing activities for the regional market.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent sales abilities, adept at closing deals.
  • Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of cultural differences and business practices in the assigned region.
  • Skills in data analysis and market research.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); knowledge of regional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Arabic) is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Highly adaptable, capable of frequent business travel.

Salary Range:

400,000 to 800,000 RMB annually.
