Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to expand channel partnerships and drive revenue growth. Partner Engagement: Identify and build strong relationships with potential channel partners for mutual success. Market Analysis: Analyze trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and discover new opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations. Industry Representation: Represent Lenovo PCCW Solutions at industry events, promoting our solutions and capabilities. Who are they looking for? Sales Expertise: Proven 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and channel partnership management, particularly in the IT and technology sector. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud, and data practices. Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships. Analytical Skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
