Bindo Labs has offices across Mainland China and Asia Pacific, including Shenzhen, Changsha and Singapore. What You Will Do Partners Communication: As a core person, you have to build and maintain relationships with partners, provided that the products and/or services training to the partners, ensure the partners meet the budget targets. Relationship Monitoring: You have to communicate in real‑time with internal and external stakeholders to track any channel conflicts, respond promptly to resolve issues, and ensure to run the processes smoothly. Onboarding and Ongoing Support:You have to recruit new potential partners, create business development strategies, build and manage the partner incentive programs for existing and new partners. Partners Focus : Analyse market trends, conduct partner research, and analyse data to identify new opportunities, improve partners experience and partnership success rate. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize your analytical skills to organize and review management reports, ensure data accuracy, and maintain log files and report lists to support managerial decision‑making. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably major in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of working experience in Channel Management or related fields. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. PLUS: Experience in technology or e‑payment company. PLUS: Familiar with partner relationship management tools and CRM systems. Excellent problem‑solving skills and cross‑departmental communication abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and the capability to independently complete work and track progress. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
