Bindo Labs has offices across Mainland China and Asia Pacific, including Shenzhen, Changsha and Singapore. What You Will Do Communicate with Team Leads or stakeholders to understand their needs, develop sourcing and strategies across different channels in a timely manner. Write and post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews for Team Leads or stakeholders. Champion a positive candidate experience, manage the applicant and candidate tracking system, provide feedback and handle offer negotiations. Promote the Company’s branding as an employer of choice via media and recruitment champions. Ensure recruiting practices comply with laws and regulations. Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating recruitment status and recommendations. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably major in Technology, Finance or equivalent work experience. 1‑3 years of working experience in a related discipline. Strong evidence of success and a proven track record in recruitment. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience in a technology or e‑payment company (a plus). Knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and cross‑departmental communication abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and the capability to independently complete work and track progress. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. What We Offer Competitive base package with incentive scheme.
