This role is all about building strong university partnerships, engaging top-tier STEM talent, and shaping the future of quant and quant tech hiring. Design and execute regional campus strategies Build relationships with top universities Represent the firm at fairs, info sessions & competitions Manage full-cycle hiring for interns & grads Collaborate with quant and tech teams Analyze data to optimize outreach What We're Looking For: At least 5+ years in TA Experience hiring for technical or quant roles Familiarity with APAC university landscape Strong communication & stakeholder skills Willingness to travel during peak seasons This is a high-visibility role with real impact.
