Wonder Transportation – Fintech Solutions - Innovating Tomorrow's Transportation Finance Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Officer to join our Operations team at Wonder Transportation , a dynamic fintech company specializing in transportation payment solutions and logistics management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in stock management, courier operations coordination, and inventory control within an innovative fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Technical Device Support & Installation Provide frontline technical assistance, lead installation procedures for company devices, and ensure all hardware and software align with operational standards. Device Stocking & Quality Assurance Oversee device stock levels, conduct regular quality checks, and champion best practices for inventory management, ensuring each unit meets company performance standards. Field Agent Communication & Support Act as a key point of contact for field staff and courier partners. Facilitate operational updates, answer technical queries, and deliver prompt support for any emerging issues. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Maintain accurate records on transportation payment devices and materials, streamline logistics for efficient deployment, and support supply chain enhancements. General Operations Support Respond to operational and commercial challenges with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procedures and improve efficiency, and maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requirements High diploma or above or equivalent qualification Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock management, or logistics.
