What You Will Do: Research and Analysis: You have to identify business transformation opportunities and develop strategies for improvement. Communication: You have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, assess processes, and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Development and Implementation: Develop and implement transformation initiatives, including business process reengineering, organisational restructuring, and technology adoption. Transformation Monitoring: You have to track the progress of transformation projects, ensure the process in line with company goals and objectives. Analysis and Reporting: You have to provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicate project status, findings, and recommendations. Transformation Support: You have to make efforts by assisting with training and communication plans, and facilitating the adoption of new processes and systems. Ad hoc projects assigned if needed. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably major in Technology, Finance or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of working experience in digital transformation, process improvement or related fields. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience in technology or e‑payment company. Familiar with project management tools or related methodologies. Excellent problem‑solving skills and cross‑departmental communication abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate teams at all levels of the groups. Ability to drive change and implement transformation initiatives. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and the capability to independently complete work and track progress. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
