Business Analyst – Life Claims Transformation Join a top-tier insurer on a strategic digital transformation initiative within the Life Insurance claims domain. This is a high-impact opportunity where you will work closely with business, operations, and solution vendor teams to drive the rollout of a new network provider portal and claims pre-approval journey. This role is initially offered as a contract, with a strong view to extension or conversion to a permanent position. In this role as a Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the following: Lead business analysis for the network provider portal and claims processing initiative, with a focus on life insurance claims. Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements across business, operations, and IT. Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for system design and development. Support solution design, testing strategy, and rollout planning for claims/pre-approval workflow enhancements. Drive process optimization initiatives for digital claims processing. Collaborate with vendor teams on design, integration, and testing of digital solutions. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and support go-live. To be considered for this role as a Business Analyst , you possess the following: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance claims or provider portal projects. Solid understanding of claims journey, network provider approvals, and digital claims optimization. Hands‑on experience delivering new digital applications or portals within insurance or healthcare. Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end business analysis, from requirement gathering to UAT support. Strong communication skills to engage with cross‑functional stakeholders. Experience with claims/pre‑approval automation or network claims handling is a strong advantage. Knowledge of tools such as Jira is preferred. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Able to deliver under pressure and tight timelines. Immediate availability is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
