What You Will Do Sourcing Management: You have to identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers while maintain a strong relationship. Relationship Monitoring: You have to communicate in real‑time with internal and external stakeholders to track any procurement conflicts, respond promptly to resolve issues, and ensure to run the processes smoothly. Negotiation Management: You have to lead negotiations on the terms, and conditions of the agreements/contracts to secure cost‑effective deals and ensure the agreements/contracts in compliance with legal requirements. Cost Budget Monitoring: You have to do cost analysis, minimize procurement expenses and manage cost budgets effectively. Suppliers Focus : Analyse market trends, conduct suppliers research, and analyse data to identify new opportunities, improve suppliers experience and vendor success rate. Process Oversight: You have to handle an end‑to‑end procurement full process. Risk Management: You have to perform risk assessments on potential suppliers and develop planning to ensure our procurement in order. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize your analytical skills to organize and review management reports, ensure data accuracy, and maintain log files and report lists to support managerial decision‑making. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferably major in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of working experience in Procurement Management or related fields. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and stakeholders. PLUS: Experience in technology or e‑payment company. PLUS: Familiar with procurement tools or related systems. Excellent problem‑solving skills and cross‑departmental communication abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and the capability to independently complete work and track progress. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
