This role is the backbone of our merchant relationships—focused on farming, retention, and operational excellence. You’ll support Sales Managers by handling BAU customer inquiries, streamlining internal workflows, and ensuring merchants maximize Wonder’s solutions. What You’ll Do New Relationship Hunting: Work with existing sales channels on generating new leads and associated deal implementation and relationship management with merchants. Portfolio Farming: Proactively engage existing merchants to drive adoption, resolve issues, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. BAU Support: Serve as the first point of contact for merchant inquiries (e.g., settlements, onboarding, technical issues), escalating to RMs when needed. Sales Admin & Operations: Own backend processes (contracts, KYC, billing) and collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Compliance) to ensure smooth operations. Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback to improve Wonder’s product and processes, reducing churn. Data & Reporting: Track merchant health metrics (e.g., usage, satisfaction) and prepare reports for RMs. Who You Are 1–2+ years in customer success, account management, or sales operations (FinTech, payments, or SaaS preferred). Service-minded with strong problem‑solving skills—you enjoy troubleshooting and simplifying complexity for customers. Organized executor who thrives in BAU tasks (e.g., workflows, documentation) while spotting process improvements. Collaborative—able to work with RMs, Sales, and Tech teams to unblock issues. Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus). Bonus Points If You Have Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or payment systems. Knowledge of Hong Kong’s SME/merchant landscape.
