  • Collaborate closely with the IT and product management teams to enhance the Wet Market Express product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of customers, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to marketing initiatives, exploring new approaches and channels to engage target audiences, differentiate the brand, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Liaise effectively with different internal teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Manage the team's key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress, and implementing strategies to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Who is our Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 8 years of working experience in ecommerce or related marketing roles.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
