Hong Kong, Central and Western District, Hong Kong SAR China Cask Trade Ltd Full time

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on marketer to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the APAC market. This role requires you to have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning, with the ability to manage multiple marketing channels effectively. Although you will work closely with the UK marketing team, you will need to be happy working on an individual basis.

Although you will be a one-person marketing team in the HK office, you will work closely with the Director of Sales who is situated in HK and regularly get support and training from the UK marketing team. This role will allow you to get hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines and be part of a growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple digital (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and website updates.
  • Manage website content and updates using WordPress.
  • Write engaging and SEO-optimized content to enhance online visibility.
  • Oversee agency relationships for ad management, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
  • Prepare marketing reports and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including whisky tastings, investment seminars, and networking sessions.
  • Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and sales.

Design & Brand Management

  • Create simple but professional visuals using Canva for social media and marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a small organisation or agency working in the high end sector.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with WordPress for website content management.
  • Hands-on experience with social media content creation and community engagement.
  • Design skills of using Canva.
  • Ability to manage agencies and third-party vendors effectively.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Small event organisation and execution experience.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in a third language (Japanese/Korean) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the wine & spirits industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Hubspot) and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
