We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Mortgage Operation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Planning and managing mortgage related operational activities, covering WPB and Private Banking sectors, so as to contribute to the Bank in capturing and maintaining high-quality mortgage businesses and secured loans
  • Achieving maximum efficiency and productivity by guiding offshore team and workflow planning with various stakeholders to consistently provide high-quality service
  • Participating Project PAPT (Payment Arrangements for Property Transaction) task force with external regulators and banks
  • Designing the internal workflows and operation controls for the PAPT implementation in mortgage origination and closure services
  • Reviewing and planning current resources to respond the ad-hoc changes in mortgage regulations and government policies
  • Enhancing workflows and procedures in digital application (MPO) and promoting go-green processes in mortgage services
  • Preparing tasks for several existing systems being replaced or demised in coming few years
Requirements
  • At least 8 years solid experience in mortgage business
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Strong change orientation with commitment to delivering results under pressure and constraints
  • Ability to mobilize resources and achieve win-win solutions for all stakeholders, balancing business and risk
  • University Degree
