As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will assume a pivotal role in shaping their financial landscape and orchestrating the IPO process. This exceptional opportunity calls for a strategic financial leader who can drive innovative initiatives and play a key role in defining the strategic direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and execution of the financial strategy for our imminent IPO in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate closely with external advisors, legal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless IPO execution.
- Develop a comprehensive financial roadmap for the IPO, including valuation, pricing strategy, and investor communications.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management on capital allocation, risk management, and financial performance metrics.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to regulatory frameworks and oversee the financial reporting workflow.
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with investors and essential stakeholders.
- Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations to articulate the company's financial strategy and value proposition.
- Partner with the executive team to develop long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes, including M&A opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to optimize capital structure, liquidity management, and overall financial health.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership capacity.
- Sell-side Investment Banking experience would also be considered.
- Profound expertise in financial strategy, IPO processes, and adeptness in investor relations.
- Exceptional proficiency in communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the consumer goods is deemed advantageous.
