Responsibilities

- Site-in-charge to oversee all aspects of day-to-day property operation
- Handle enquiries and complaints from the resident/tenant
- Manage property handover / takeover matter
- Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning team
- Handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required      

Requirements

- Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines
- Possess MCIH or equivalent qualification
- Holder of PMP (Tier 1 or Tier 2) License
- Minimum 7 years' experience in managing residential properties, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese,       including Putonghua
- Strong customer service mindset with good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Service Manager
- Immediate available is preferable
