Campaigns Marketing Manager, APAC in Hong Kong

As Campaigns Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving dynamic, customer-focused marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, engage educators and students, and contribute to sales growth across Asia. You'll lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, blending creative storytelling with data-driven insights to deliver measurable impact and ensure that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional eager to create impactful campaigns from the ground up. You'll be responsible for crafting campaigns that resonate deeply with both educators and students, ensuring our brand speaks directly to their needs. By combining online and offline marketing tactics, you'll drive meaningful engagement and foster the adoption of our products and services. A key part of your success will be optimizing our eCommerce presence, refining digital touchpoints, and leveraging customer insights to stay ahead of market trends.

As a key team member, you'll play a central role in shaping our future growth in Asia, collaborating across teams to deliver campaigns that not only capture attention but also build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize full funnel B2B and D2C marketing campaigns that align with commercial objectives and regional priorities.
  2. Lead the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, collaborating closely with sales to identify and target high-value accounts and ensuring content and messaging are tailored to the needs of each account.
  3. Ecommerce Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and optimize our regional eCommerce presence, focusing on improving the customer journey, boosting online conversions, and driving sales growth. Lead initiatives to refine and expand our eCommerce strategy, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and customer needs.
  4. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Devise, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, PPC, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring best practices, strong targeting, and maximum ROI. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine digital marketing efforts for greater impact. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content and creative assets tailored to regional audiences.
  5. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key regional marketing contact, aligning with central functions and local sales teams to align campaigns with business priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, particularly in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
  3. Creative thinker with excellent copywriting skills to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  4. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  7. Graphic design or video editing skills are desired but not essential.

Education, Qualifications & Training:

  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you may also benefit from holding a professional Marketing qualification.
  2. Mastery of minimum of 1 Asian language. Evident fluency in English.
