About the JobCraft and deploy strategic initiatives to enhance the promotion of the company's wealth management services to customersEngage with regulatory authorities on insurance brokerage issues and maintain dialogue with insurance firmsHandle the application process and sustain the validity of the Insurance Agent LicenseOversee daily sales operations and nurture client relationships with diligenceDevelop and enforce an internal risk management system for the Insurance DepartmentSupervise and audit all daily insurance transactionsOffer a comprehensive suite of investment and wealth management solutions to clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a similar fieldAt least 8 years of pertinent experience acquired from insurance agencies or broker client-facing roles, ideally a team managerExceptional communication abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in team management and strategic business planningIdeally prior experience as a Licensed Responsible Officer with the Insurance AuthorityProficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
