About the Job
Lead and manage the sales team to enhance business growthCultivate strong connections with affluent and HNW clientsDesign, develop, and implement comprehensive wealth strategies, offering a variety of investment and insurance solutions across different client sectors and channelsAssess and enhance clients' needs in financial planning and portfolio managementRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent, with certifications in IIQE 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in client services, with a track record of working with HNW individualsIn-depth understanding of wealth management offeringsExceptional customer service skills and approachProficiency in English, Cantonese, and MandarinExperience with business connections in the GBA is beneficialEligibility to apply for a work visa if needed
