As part of the CMCR team, we offer exciting career growth and promotion opportunities within the company. We are currently seeking Sous Chef to join and grow with our Culinary Team as we continue our mission to be Asia’s champion of specialty coffee and all-day dining.
Our Sous Chef will lead the team to deliver memorable customer experiences, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or western restaurant environment in Hong Kong.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume kitchen teams, driving business growth, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in Hong Kong is a plus.
