What You’ll Do

Support the delivery of contracted services to customers. Review discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and requirements; clarify uncertainties as needed. Replicate standardized solution designs that achieve outcomes within the Workiva Platform. Interact with our valued customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions. Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform, with a commitment to ongoing training. Embrace the dynamic balance of working collaboratively under guidance while seizing opportunities to shine independently when the moment calls for it.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience. 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and their related technology platforms. Proficiency in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred. Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly. Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement. Ability to work under the direction of others, receive mentoring, and collaborate with peers. Fluency in an additional Asian language is a plus, as it can enhance communication with clients based in those regions.

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests. Reliable internet access for any period of remote work, as we embrace flexible work arrangements.
