KPMG's Finance Consulting team enables clients to maximize the performance of their Finance function and uses the latest technology to improve insights for growth and governance.

Our team in Hong Kong is the fastest growing division within KPMG China and represents a young and enthusiastic team that always pushes itself to succeed. Since our creation, we've developed in-depth knowledge of an incredibly broad spread of sectors and services.

Being the consultant of our Finance Systems team within the wider Finance Consulting team, you will be involved in helping our clients to establish their finance systems strategy and selection, design the target state solution, lead system implementation and integration initiatives, review and revamp process flows and controls with enhanced audit trials, and support post-implementation business process reengineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

In Finance Systems consulting, we support client's overall strategy, design, implementation and process improvement of the Oracle Fusion platform and associated systems, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. As digital disruption affects more industry sectors, businesses are finding it increasingly challenging to deliver sustainable growth in profits and dividends, whilst managing costs. Armed with these skills and supporting you to continue developing your expertise, you'll help our Finance Systems team in these areas:

Oracle Fusion implementations - define the strategy, vendor selection, implementation, and post implementation in areas of business process, security and dataClient delivery - supporting the client through Oracle Fusion design validation, configuration and testing in the implementation and enable them to optimise their processes and maximise the benefitsLeveraging KPMG's proven frameworks and methodologies to develop a company's finance systems architecture, including what good looks like for each of the key finance system and processLeading end-to-end solution architect for ERP focused opportunities which may include ERP Platforms, Applications, PaaS and IaaS, the end-to-end Oracle solution stack.Supporting client facing activities related to business development, sales and solution development at the C-suite overall IT architecture and leadership level on the Oracle PlatformCommunicating and translating complex technical requirements from clients into competitive target stage solution that addresses business needs.Working with teams to share the latest ERP offerings and trends released in the marketCollaboratively working across ecosystems (sales, delivery, and partners)

Experience & Background

Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporationExcellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies and digital solutionsPrevious experience designing and implementing end-to-end finance system architecture, with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion implementationsOverall 12+ years with strong Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft and other Oracle technologies working knowledgeHave done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a as a transformation lead and / or solution architect.Strong people manager, able to lead large teams and develop othersSelf-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined teamAbility to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholdersAbility to create and deliver high level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managersExperience in performing business and technical team developmentAbility to review and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is 'fit for purpose' and at the right level of granularityAbility to perform structured analysis on business models to provide best practice knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCantonese speaking candidates are preferred
