HR & Admin Officer (C&B Payroll)

Key responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to C&B. Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.). Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Conduct regular salary surveys and salary benchmarking exercise to ensure fair compensation Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Role requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite-
