The job holder is expected to work closely across all of our regions to execute the distribution strategy in the areas like GSA appointment, increase CASS agents, non CASS agent settlement methods, maintain and protect the Distribution/Revenue integrity

Key Responsibilities
Lead Cargo Commercial teams to drive the review and execution of distribution channel expansion strategy for maximizing the revenue for CX Cargo Drive digitalization for Cargo Distribution, develop and be responsible for guiding the regional sales team to perform data-driven decision-making based on facts and distribution metrics. Maximize the revenue opportunity through standardize the booking, fulfilment practice, introduce policy to minimize the loopholes and inefficiencies throughout the Distribution and booking process. Support local Regional Heads of Cargo (RHC) to develop methods, tools and mechanisms to recruit and manage CASS and non-CASS agents amongst all distribution channels. Manage the GSA’s ROI and business relationship; maximize the revenue and cost-effectiveness of GSA. Develop an automated online settlement policy and innovative mechanism (systems) to enable CX to collect payment from non-CASS agents through direct channels Conduct business process review and prevent under-collection of revenue and minimize business risk exposure across all distribution channels Work closely with Cargo Digital Team to construct a distribution data model and dashboard for RHCs and other stakeholders. Establish a reservation and settlement policy/guideline for optimizing the CX Cargo booking and settlement efficiency Working closely with the Product and Market team to expand the bookable content for all channels Review the agency performance of booking and flown differences and initiate possible improvements to minimize inventory wastage within automated Cargo distribution channels Requirements
A university degree level of education in business administraton, marketing and sales. Good knowledge in data Analytics and experience in Business process review preferred More than 8 years of Air-freight experiences with at least 5 years in managerial discipline, preferably with commercial experience in Cargo. Good business acumen, with global insights of the cargo markets Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, capable to work well with shareholders. Fluent spoken and written in English, Chinese and mandarin A background in Distribution Channel managment as well as understanding in digtial technology would be advantageous.
