Hong Kong Express Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp and Cargo Services Manager to lead our team in developing and maintaining standards, policies, and procedures for Ramp and Cargo Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain master and station-specific PTS to optimize ground time and improve OTP performance.
  • Formulate training strategies for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery excellence.
  • Act as a trainer and evaluator of TTT to ensure sufficient qualified trainers are available across the HKE network.
  • Participate in IATA IFQP and manage resources to support fuel inspection programs.
  • Drive improvement initiatives in process and documentation based on operational performance and audit results.
  • Manage the setup and support for new station launches, GHA switches, and charter services.
  • Lead business development and project initiatives related to Ramp and Cargo Services.
  • Identify hazards and risks, prepare risk assessments, and make decisions regarding risk tolerability.
  • Responsible for budget preparations, cost control, and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of aviation experience, including 3 years of managerial experience with in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and training delivery.
  • Previous experience in managing IOSA GRH, IFQP, and Dangerous Goods is essential.
  • Ability to lead and provide solutions within the scope of Ramp and Cargo Services.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on figures.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with sound leadership experience.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
