The MSc Programs Office is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the newly formed student admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the admissions team to ensure admission documents are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The appointee will implement admission policies and procedures to streamline admission processes and work closely with the program team to ensure that admission requirements are met. The appointee will also be responsible for admission data analysis to identify areas for improvement, engage in recruitment and admissions events; and any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in program administration and/or the education sector. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, can work independently and as part of a team, shows attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Familiarity with student information systems and databases would be a plus. The appointee should also have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Work outside normal office hours, including weekends/public holidays or evenings, is occasionally required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
