Your mission and responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily sales administration activities (e.g., arranging meetings, tenders, quotations, contracts, documentation processing, coordination and follow-up on the customer enquiries, etc.)
- Assist the sales team to achieve pre-defined sales target
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
- Coordinate sales events and sales activities
Your qualifications and experiences:
- Post-secondary education / University graduate preferred - Experience in healthcare industry is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered - Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin - Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel - Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy - Self-motivated, a good team player with positive working attitude
