Sales and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Administration Specialist to join our team at Konew FinTech Corporation Limited.
As a Sales and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, promoting our loan refinance service to existing customers, handling customer cases and enquiries in a professional manner, and performing contracting review and checking.
You will also be required to monitor loan amount transactions, follow up with relevant parties in the application process, prepare reports and letters as requested, and handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by your direct supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year's working experience in sales support and administration. You should be proficient in both English and Chinese, able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meeting deadlines.
Able to work proactively, detail-minded, and committed to the job, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with fast typing speed in Chinese and English is required. Sound knowledge of Loan products is also essential.
