Administrative Closing Specialist Job Description
Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking an Administrative Closing Specialist to support our Hong Kong office in closing administration and operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Performing a full range of closing administration operation tasks
- Responding to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, and preparing and distributing reports as required
- Preparing regular reports for senior management
- Performing other duties as appropriate
- Ensuring quality procedures and suggesting improvements
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service and Administration is preferred
- Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and other computer systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as a good team player
- Detail-minded, independent, and good organized skills
- Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results-oriented business environments
