Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Principal Financial Group.

About the Role

This is a regular full-time position responsible for participating in pension operations process and handling daily administration of retirement schemes, as well as performing customer service related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and perform checking on daily administration including member enrollments, contributions, terminations, and group changes, etc. in accordance with company procedures, policies and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Perform follow up with clients via phone call, letters, emails etc.

Requirements

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration would be a plus
  • Fresh graduates of business, finance or other related disciplines are also welcome
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of HKD 35,000 - HKD 50,000 per month, depending on experience
