Responsibilities
•Provide general administrative support to the office
•Assist in relationship building with industry partners, prospective employers, universities and government bodies for enhancing the branding of the faculty
•Organize events and activities for incoming participants
•Work on tasks relating to GBA initiatives
•Assist in the office’s publicity, promotional campaigns and activities
•Liaise with internal and external parties
•Manage the office’s social media platforms and prepare promotional materials and articles, such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn accounts, etc.
•Handle inquiries from students, staff and external parties
•Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
•A recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
•High level of competence in computer literacy
•Good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and is willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks before deadlines
•Willingness to assume various responsibilities with a passionate attitude
•Proactive mindset and strong analytical ability to carry out duties independently and efficiently with minimum supervision

The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
