工作地點: - 屯門友德工業大廈(近屯門西鐵站), 提供接駁巴士往返葵芳, 太子, 鑽石山及大圍
- 或 葵涌KC100 (*11月會轉至九龍灣啟匯, 提供接駁巴士往返牛頭角, 紅磡, 油塘地鐵站及九龍灣Mega Box)

工作時間: 每週工作5天, 48小時, 輪更制


職責:
• 於網上宣傳平台尋找潛在顧客,主動推廣服務及產品優惠
• 致力提供良好客戶服務,並透過各種網上渠道,例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體、論壇、電郵、在線聊天、及其他社交媒體平台
• 跟從規定及程序處理工作,適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
• 以專業態度履行職務,並時刻保持公司形象
• 按需要協助處理其他工作

工作要求:

• 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
• 具良好中英寫作能力
• 具良好的粵英口語溝通能力
• 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
• 客戶為先,具解決困難能力並著重成果
• 熟悉各種社交媒體渠道
• 具電訊業銷售經驗者優先考慮

Sales Executive, Digital Sales

Your role

Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various online platforms, such as social media, email, and online advertising, with the goal of generating leads and conversions. Using digital tools to handle sales inquiries from potential customers, such as email, chat, social media, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of these tools. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, while also meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets. Executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, and achieving those targets Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, while also tracking service metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction. Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and service quality. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service metrics, and providing regular reports to management on performance and progress towards goals.

To succeed in this role

Form 5 / Form 6 HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above Customer focused and result oriented with problem solving skills Good communication skills in Chinese and English Good knowledge in software application Familiar with social media channels Knowledge on PC software applications an advantage
