Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with new businesses or prospective start-ups that will primarily improve Gammon's business operations; Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring budgets, achieving KPIs and business targets of Digital G; Assist in day-to-day business operations of Digital G, including service delivery and monitoring sales performance; Provide after-sale follow-ups of add-on services or additional services to clients; Consolidate use-cases and values/benefits for company portfolio; Explore new business opportunities through internal stakeholders and external networks.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines, with minor in business is an advantage; At least 5 years B2B sales experience; Experience in Construction / Engineering / other innovation projects is preferred; Knowledge of digitization / innovation technologies in the Construction sector is preferred. Good interpersonal communication skills; Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficient in MS Office.
