No.: 3/03/MDMP/CCM/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.Responsibilities:Devise and execute digital content plans and manage the relevant promotion and outreach campaigns to achieve business goals based on the projects’ objectivesManage the content sourcing and production of the GoGBA digital platformsDrive digital product enhancement and content maintenance in collaboration with internal departments, agencies, and external stakeholders through horizontal and vertical liaisonWork closely with technical and content teams to deliver digital projects offering quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesConduct data analytics to provide performance reports and insights for digital platforms optimisation (content consumption and usage journey)Formulate and implement digital initiatives through new media and digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic and generate conversionHelp define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, and develop roadmap for the HKTDC’s digital propertiesRequirements

University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on and practical experience in digital content sourcing, editing and maintenance as well as in project management and online marketing communicationsOutstanding writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (traditional and simplified)Proven record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycleExperience in managing websites, apps, WeChat and analytics tools will be an advantageStrong organisational, project management and planning skills; able to prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work qualityAdept at marketing analytics with strong skills in digital and social analytics tools (including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Meltwater, etc.)Excellent communication skills and ability to work in and contribute as a good team playerCandidates with less solid experience will be offered at Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing and PartnershipRemuneration and BenefitsSalary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
