Ecosa is actively seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for Hong Kong to lead revenue growth in this market. This role will involve hands-on management of Google and Facebook advertising, as well as influencer partnerships, localized activations, and the management of the local campaigns' calendar.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious, and fun working environment.You will report to our Marketing team based in Australia.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs the Digital Marketing Manager for our dynamic team in Hong Kong, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while ensuring adherence to ROI targets.Digital Channels ManagementLead the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive PPC strategies to drive revenue growth including Google and Facebook.Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed revenue and ROAS targets.Manage budget according to performance and growth opportunities.Work closely with our creative team to grow your results thanks to best-in-class creatives.Drive ideas and develop a strong understanding of what content we need to perform.Develop digital marketing strategy to expand the business and adapt to HK market (WhatsApp, Red Little Pocket, etc.).Collaborate with the Australia headquarters team to define a robust and impactful Hong Kong marketing calendar.Influencers MarketingIdentify, reach out, and collaborate with local KOL to promote our brand as well as create repurposable advertising material. Your knowledge of micro and mid-tier influencers will be paramount.Work closely with the Website team in Australia to update and optimize the website for enhanced user experience, conversion, and SEO traffic.Suggest and coordinate A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve website performance.CRM CoordinationCollaborate with the CRM Manager to plan and execute the Email Direct Marketing calendar as well as roll-out strategies to grow the database.Digital Channels ExpansionCollaborate with the CRM Manager to plan and execute the Email Direct Marketing calendar as well as roll-out strategies to grow the database.Report, Communication and OptimizationReport on performance marketing and influencer partnerships and lead new initiatives based on learnings.Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer based in Australia, providing regular updates on campaign performance and market insights.Collaborate with the Performance Australia-based team on a regular basis.OverallBe hands-on in the implementation of marketing strategies.Demonstrate a proactive approach to contributing to the brand's growth in the Hong Kong market.Qualifications10 years experience in Direct-to-Consumer performance marketing hands-on roles, with a focus on PPC channels, predominantly Google Ads.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue and ROAS targets combined with a strong knowledge of creative performance.Outstanding combination of strategic thinking and operational execution.Ability to implement fast and with strong attention to details.Excellent English oral and written communication skills.Experience working with Website, CRM, and SEO teams for seamless coordination of local actions.Experience managing CRM coordination and content is a plus.Highly self-driven and motivated to achieve performance goals.Capable of working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Flexible and open to taking on new challenges.If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for driving revenue growth through PPC channels, and you thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
