Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (paid search, shopping ads, social ads) to achieve ROAS targets and scale revenue. Optimize product page UX, checkout flow, and mobile responsiveness to reduce bounce rates and boost conversion. Manage A/B testing for landing pages and promotional banners to refine user journeys. Segment audiences for hyper-targeted email campaigns (e.g., cart abandoners, loyalty tier upgrades). Automate personalized journeys (e.g., post-purchase skincare routines based on purchases). Omnichannel Digital Strategy Design campaigns that bridge online and offline (e.g., drive in-store traffic via geo-targeted ads; convert offline customers to online shoppers). Collaborate with store teams to turn in-store events into social media content and email campaigns. Partner with KOLs/KOCs to co-create authentic content (e.g., unboxing videos, "how-to" tutorials using in-store exclusives). Build a UGC engine: Incentivize customers to share in-store/online experiences with branded hashtags. Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR) and adjust budgets in real time for maximum efficiency. Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data to identify trends and inform inventory/merchandising decisions. Report monthly on campaign performance, translating metrics into actionable business insights. Requirements University graduate in Digital Marketing or related disciplines.5+ years' experience in digital marketing and project management in the retail industry; experience in a digital agency is definitely an advantage. Solid experience in digital activations including but not limited to SEO & SEM, performance marketing, social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. Proven track record in driving traffic and sales via effective management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics). A dynamic, proactive leader with strategic and analytical thinking, high attention to detail, results-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
