What you’ll do in the role

Manage existing relationships with payment networks and brands.Develop new payment channel partners that align with our growing business needs.Spearhead the growth of our payment facilitator business and build a robust pipeline of high-potential leads and convert them into our customers.Work with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities to integrate and embed payments into their solutions.Engage with potential partners and negotiate agreements, driving the signing and implementation of contracts, ensuring the execution of agreement terms, and achieving shared business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, technology, and operations to drive the successful execution of partnership projects.Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing market insights and data support for the company.Assist the sales team in acquiring new clients and support marketing and sales strategies.

Are you a good fit for the role?

University degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in business or partnership development.Prior experience in fintech or payment is a must.Strong business negotiation and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.Excellent project management skills, able to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.Highly proactive, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
