You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleRetain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and clients. Upselling existing portfolio with other products which also include voluntary solutions, vitality program and pension products.Responsibilities:Generate sales by driving up sell from existing clientsAchieve policy persistency and renewal growth & new business production target for upselling other productsMaintain good relationship with business partnersCoordinate closely with other sections to ensure smooth renewal, and day to day account managementTrain and develop the capabilities of team membersPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degreeAt least 5-8 years working experienceGood communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman termsGood personal skills to liaise with business partnersProficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plusOthers:You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activitiesBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
