Responsibility Resolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external source and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure. Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs Provide on-site and online training and assistance to users of Cartrack application systems Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue internally and externally Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Requirements Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline Min.1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin to handle customer queries Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
