positive, courageous, caring, doers and committed to excellenceWho we are looking for:A Business Analyst with strong QA (coordination) experience to support our client in a large migration project (12 months contract). You are a strong communicator and able to navigate in large organisations. Furthermore, you are pro-active and eager to learn.You:Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce (SFDC).Focus on system integration testing to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects and issues during testing phases.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements.Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and training materials.Around 3 years experience as a Business Analyst.Experience with system integration testing and familiarity with integration tools and techniques.Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.Experience with API testing and basic coding skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is a must.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.More About PALO ITWe're eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet's urgent needs.
