They blend the precision of high-frequency trading with the innovation of tech startups, actively contributing to the blockchain ecosystem through investments and partnerships.Role OverviewWe are looking for a

Business Development & Partnerships Director

to drive expansion across Asia. This role focuses on growing existing businesses and developing new opportunities in the region, targeting both traditional finance and digital asset markets.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand institutional OTC business in Asia by building relationships with banks, asset managers, funds, and family offices.Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products, including collecting feedback, testing, and creating go-to-market strategies.Grow the liquidity provision business by deepening relationships with crypto projects, VCs, and key ecosystem players.Strengthen partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and infrastructure providers.Boost brand awareness in key Asian markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia.Implement structured business development processes to improve operational efficiency (e.g., CRM, campaigns).Monitor crypto ecosystem developments to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.Key RequirementsExperience in traditional finance and digital asset services with a track record of business growth.Knowledge of OTC spot and derivatives products, especially options.Background in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles in financial services.Familiarity with Asian markets and understanding of both Western and Asian business practices.Professional proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or another major Asian language.Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage counterparties effectively.Knowledge or curiosity about blockchain technology, algorithmic trading, and liquidity provision.BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.FICC sales experience and institutional client management are a plus.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
