You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.About the Role:Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by training and relationship building with agency and clients.Responsibilities:Maintain and provide quality service to the accounts assigned via the agency or direct channel.Achieve personal new business production and policy persistency target.Provide professional and technical expertise to agency and client.Solicit customer feedback for better customer satisfaction management.Train and develop the capabilities of team members or subordinates.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.At least 3-5 years working experience in employee benefit.Good communication skills to agency and client.Good personal skills to liaise with agency and client.Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written.Others:You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
