On the job you will:
  • Support to design and implement remuneration and sales incentives campaigns that drive sales along with the company strategy
  • Understand the business needs to design short term or medium term remuneration incentives programs to drive changes in achieving the business objective
  • Work with operation team to formulate an optimal solution to implement the ideas
  • Support the inforce experience monitoring and analysis to identify any inefficiencies and propose management actions
  • Review the initiatives from financial, risk, operational and effectiveness perspective, obtain approval for the business case
  • Discuss programs initiatives, build and maintain good relationship with distribution channels


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science/Statistics, with at least 4 years work experience in insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office application, in particular MS Excel application for conducting data analytics
  • Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality results with open-mind to new ideas
