About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Specialist to join our team at Manulife (International) Limited. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing remuneration and sales incentives campaigns that drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of remuneration and sales incentives campaigns that align with the company strategy
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business needs to design short-term and medium-term remuneration incentives programs
  • Collaborate with the operations team to formulate optimal solutions to implement ideas
  • Monitor and analyze in-force experience to identify inefficiencies and propose management actions
  • Review initiatives from a financial, risk, operational, and effectiveness perspective and obtain approval for business cases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Statistics, with at least 4 years of work experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel for data analytics
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality results with an open mind to new ideas
