Our client is looking for a junior Personal Assistant and Office Admin to join their rapidly expanding company.about the job.Personal Assistant:

  • Managing calendars and schedules.
  • Handling communication like phone calls and emails.
  • Preparing and managing documents.
  • Assisting with meeting coordination.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Helping with event planning.
  • Conducting research and gathering information.
  • Building and maintaining relationships.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks and projects.Office Admin:
    • Providing general administrative support.
    • Overseeing office maintenance.
    • Managing records and files.
    • Facilitating office communication.
    • Ordering and managing office supplies.
    • Scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
    • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • Assisting with basic financial tasks.
    • Ensuring health and safety compliance.
    • Supporting various office-related tasks.skills & experiences required.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
      • Experience in customer service and business operations.
      • Preferred experience in the hospitality or luxury sector.
      • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
      • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
      • Client-facing skills and ability to provide top-notch service.
      • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
      • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different levels of the organization.
