Strategic Leader, Sales Growth and Innovation

As a key member of our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our corporate sales strategy in North Asia. This involves driving growth through innovative sales approaches, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the performance of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the implementation of the Transaction Banking (TB) Corporate Sales strategy for Hong Kong and Greater China North Asia (GCNA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Oversee the performance of our sales teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking, Economics or Finance, or significant transaction banking sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the market competitive landscape and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
