About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Storage Solutions Consultant to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. In this role, you will provide production support and maintenance services for HV products, working closely with customers and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting storage-related performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning
- Performing change and problem management in detail and following company standards
- Managing incident & change according to ITIL standard
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- At least 8 years' experience within complex IT environments, including storage management and provisioning
- Rich experience on block, file, and object storage management, provisioning, and replication operations
- Familiarity with Hitachi/Brocade/Cisco management products
- Bachelor's degree
Additionally, you should possess programming and statistical skills, such as Perl/Python and R programming, anomaly detection with different statistical models, and performance classification using different approaches.
