Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Solutions Consultant. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working with the distribution sales team to design and provide professional services to fulfill customer's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the technical team to support sale teams in driving infrastructure services business or opportunity, especially in Virtualization, SAN Storage, cloud and Backup solutions.
  2. Design and scope professional services to meet customer needs.
  3. Work closely with customers during the sales cycle around solution design.
Requirements:
  1. Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a pre-sales role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  4. Familiarity with Oracle, Enterprise Server, Storage, Backup Vendor Certified is an advantage.
  5. Good knowledge in any of the following areas: Storage knowledge on Oracle, IBM / Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix / Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Arcserve, Quantum.
  6. Able to handle challenges and self-motivated.
  7. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  8. Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and carriers.
