Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a strong Technical Architect for our Digital & Information Technology Department.

As a Technical Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions that align with our organization's goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on security, compliance, and performance.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions that meet project requirements and organizational goals. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and project plans.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Architecture team and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Lead and manage cloud architecture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Work closely with the Information Security team to ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection regulations. Identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud platforms, tools, and technologies based on project needs and organizational objectives. Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud trends and technologies.
  • Ensure the successful integration of cloud-based solutions with existing on-premises infrastructure and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage relationships with cloud service providers and vendors, ensuring that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures. Interface with IT leadership to provide updates on cloud infrastructure and platform technologies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in IT infrastructure projects and operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a cloud architecture role.
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge, such as workplace technologies, middleware, infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-native concepts, methodologies, and associated technologies.
  • Experience in M365 and project management is a plus.
